To mark the 327th birthday of George Frideric Handel, the Monteverdi-Chor Hamburg will sing the composer's famous oratorio, The Messiah, in English in St Michaelis - The "Michel", accompanied by the Mitteldeutsches Kammerorchester. Conductor: Gothart Stier. Soloists: Katherina Müller (soprano), Britta Schwarz (contralto), Michael Connaire (tenor), Stephan Heinemann (bass).
Tickets EUR 10 to 34 from Konzertkasse Gerdes, the usual ticket agencies and at the door.
