Burial Insurance

Sorry to sound morbid, but since I would like to have a funeral (when that time eventually comes) back in my home country of Wales, I would like to buy burial insurance. Problem is - do I buy here in Germany or in the UK? If I buy UK insurance, is that legally acceptable here in Germany?
